Spent a beautiful Christmas holiday at this cozy hotel. The staff was amazing, always ready to help and greet us with a smile. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and close to all the main attractions of the city. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette where we prepared delicious meals. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a nice bonus during our stay.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues. The check-in process was a bit confusing, and the reception area could have been more organized.

Our studio was roomy and comfortable, and the kitchenette included a stove an oven. The ocean was two blocks away, and very quiet in March.
There was no one in the office when we came to check in, so we had to find someone who spoke Italian to call for us.

I was looking for a room with some space to not have to spent the day sitting on your bed searching the net. Now at least you had an own livingroom and kitchen and this all for a very cheap price. Where can you get 30 sqm for less than 60 euro a night in a city at the beach...
The diasadvantage of the cheap rate is that the hotel was a bit outdated, though still proper.

Close to the beach, only 200 m to walk.
The apartment did not make me feel comfortable. three beds and the kitchen in one room seems pretty strange. Room could have been cleaner. Kitchen had very limited amount of equipment (plates, cutlery, etc.), shower curtain damaged ... ok to stay for a couple of nights but I wouldn't like to spend a whole holiday in that apartment.

Old building with big bedroom and living room. You have a lot of space even if you use the sofa in the living room as a doble bed. Kitchenet and bathroom are relatively new. The appartment was clean, but the plates, forks, glasses and other cooking supplies wasn't washed properly. It is a good 3 star aparthotel. The beach is 200 meters away.

The location of the hotel is great, just a couple of blocks away from the beach. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette that allowed us to cook a nice supper. We enjoyed picking up shells during our beach walk.
It would have been nice to have kitchen dish soap and towels available in the kitchen.

Friendly, helpful and respectful. Rooms are not poah but there is so much space and freedom as you can come and go as you please. We loved it an I had the best time there with all my family taking apartments so we could be together for my 50th birthday! Well done to this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff's extraordinary continuous kindness and perpetual smile made us feel like we were part of their own family. They ran the place as if it were their own property, providing exceptional service. The multilingual staff was also a bonus.
All was perfect.

Our city break was lovely! We loved the spacious and comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchenette. It was a great advantage for us because it allowed us to cook and eat our own meals. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was only a few blocks away from the beach. We enjoyed picking up many shells during our beach walk, which was a real treat.
We would have appreciated having kitchen dish soap, sponge, and towels available in the kitchen. We had to go out and purchase these items ourselves, which was not ideal.
